Job Responsibilities

• Shopify Development: Build, customize, and maintain Shopify stores to support our e-commerce operations, including theme development, app integrations, and performance optimization
• Landing Page Creation: Design, implement, and optimize high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer acquisition initiatives
• Automation Management: Develop and manage automated workflows across technology platforms to streamline operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve efficiency
• AI Implementation Support: Support the integration of AI-powered tools and solutions throughout the company, helping to identify opportunities for AI enhancement in business processes
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to identify and address technology needs that drive business growth
• Technology Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends in software development and AI tools, proactively applying them to enhance our processes and competitive advantage

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in software development, web development, or related technical role
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with demonstrated experience in Shopify platform development
• Landing Page Experience: Proven ability to create effective landing pages with focus on conversion optimization and user experience
• AI Tool Proficiency: Active, hands-on experience using AI developer tools such as Cursor, Cline, Replit, Windsurf, or similar platforms to accelerate development
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
• Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies, platforms, and tools in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• AI Integration Experience: Previous experience implementing AI solutions into business workflows or customer-facing applications
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Additional Technical Skills: Exposure to additional programming languages (Python, PHP, Ruby) or e-commerce platforms beyond Shopify
• Marketing Technology: Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, or conversion optimization techniques
• Security Industry Knowledge: Understanding of protective equipment, safety protocols, or related industries
