Compensation: $25 per hour + Benefits

Job Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented  Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in driving business growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has strong communication and multitasking skills.

This position  sales support and marketing coordination, assisting in lead generation, customer engagement, campaign execution, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and contribute to both sales success and brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Business Development

  • Assist with lead generation and research, including analyzing customer personas, competitors, and market trends.
  • Compile lists of potential leads and maintain an updated database in the CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Perform cold outreach via phone and email to connect with prospective clients.
  • Set up meetings, calls, and product demos for the sales team.
  • Provide post-sale support, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory sourcing by researching and engaging with potential vendors.
  • Assist with project management and leverage AI tools to support, track, and optimize marketing activities and campaigns

Marketing Coordination & Content Support

  • Assist in organizing and tracking marketing campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, or Trello).
  • Conduct market research on audience behavior, product trends, and competitor strategies to inform marketing efforts.
  • Support email marketing execution, ensuring content is optimized for engagement and conversions.
  • Help draft marketing copy, including social media posts, promotional emails, and product descriptions.
  • Assist in managing marketing assets and ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines.

Administrative & Cross-Team Support

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and sales calls.
  • Maintain sales and marketing documents, ensuring information is organized and accessible.
  • Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with both teams to ensure sales messaging aligns with marketing strategies.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, file organization, and CRM updates.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or administrative assistance.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, or Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, or Trello).
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Experience with market research is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and project management tools is beneficial.


Preferred Consideration

  • Candidates who submit a portfolio showcasing high-quality copywriting, or marketing creative work will be given priority.
