Position Overview:

This is a remote position open to US-based employees only! 

As the Sales Account Manager for our affiliate partner network, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our affiliate partners. You will be responsible for driving growth, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring the overall success of our partner network. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of effectively managing partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and train new affiliate partners.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to provide partners with the necessary resources and support to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing programs tailored to the needs of distributor partners to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with affiliate partners to assess performance, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on partner performance metrics, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between affiliate partners and internal teams to resolve issues, escalate concerns, and ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, market dynamics, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to promote our brand and cultivate new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years account management, business development, or B2B sales.
  • Experience in managing and growing a distributor partner network, with a track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives with 1MM+ annual quota. 
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree.

Salary Range
$75,000 base + uncapped commission
