The Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled SEO Specialist with deep technical expertise and proven success in authority building.
This is not a maintenance role — it’s a growth role. You will own technical SEO strategy and help expand our brand authority through high-quality link acquisition and media placements.
What You’ll Do
Technical SEO
Lead technical audits (crawlability, indexation, site structure, schema, Core Web Vitals)
Resolve ranking-impacting issues
Optimize internal linking and site architecture
Partner with developers to implement best practices
Monitor site health using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
Off-Page & Authority Building
Develop and execute strategic link-building campaigns
Conduct backlink audits and competitor gap analysis
Secure contextual editorial backlinks
Build publisher and media relationships
Identify guest blog and podcast opportunities to grow brand authority
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of technical SEO experience
3+ years of off-page SEO / link-building experience
Proven success improving rankings through both technical optimization and authority growth
Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize high-impact opportunities
Experience collaborating with development, content, and partnership teams
Bonus Points:
Affiliate SEO, digital PR, or experience scaling SEO in competitive industries.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in tactical gear, CBRN, survival, or emergency preparedness markets
- Military, law enforcement, or first responder background is a plus but not required
