Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Sales Operations:
- Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities.
Customer Engagement:
- Develop deep knowledge of MIRA Safety’s product portfolio to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Represent MIRA Safety at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in e-commerce, safety equipment, or a related industry is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing and selling into a channel partnership
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Preferred:
- Prior CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) specialist experience;
- Prior military or law enforcement experience. Veterans/current military: provide DD-214 or statement of service;
- Tactical gear market experience or at a minimum, a strong interest

$85,000 base + bonus
